Cadet Flight Sergeant Mulcock and his team of
SNCOs, have been delivering Blue Leadership over the past 2
months to the cadets on the Squadron, every cadet whom has been at the
Squadron for at least 6 months has now qualified for their Blue Leadership
Badge, through learning basic leadership principles and completing 2 leadership
exercises each, pictured are just 7 of those cadets, an outstanding effort
by all!
