As part of Eastern Sector Skills Weekend 4 of our
Cadets took part in Bronze Leadership Training, learning about key principles
of leadership and demonstrating their leadership skills by leading an exercise.

as a Bronze Leadership Assessor, also earning his Bronze Leadership Badge.
