Bronze Leadership


On Saturday 12th January 2019, 2461 (Sawston) Squadron hosted the first Wing Bronze Leadership Assessors Course. Flight Sergeant Jestice RAFAC and Flight Sergeant Mulcock were amongst 26 Assessors, including 6 from the Eastern Sector, whom are now qualified to deliver Bronze Leadership Courses within their Sectors.

Further to this, the very first Cadet Bronze Leadership Course was conducted on Sunday 13th January, with 25 Cadets from around the Wing achieving their Bronze Leadership Badge, including 5 cadets from 2461 (Sawston) Squadron.

Both courses were organised and commanded by Sergeant Ellis RAFAC, Training Officer at 2461 (Sawston) Squadron, and delivered by the Wing PTS Leadership Team including Cadet Warrant Officer Hey, Cadet Warrant Officer Godfrey and Flight Sergeant Mulcock, all staff cadets from Eastern Sector.
